ABOUT
My name is Nils Wolfsgruber (1999) born and raised in Munich | Germany.
I am currently studying Art and Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich and pursuing a Master's in Architecture at the Technical University of Munich. Previously, I completed my B.A. in Architecture at the University of Applied Sciences Munich, including a formative exchange semester at ZHAW in Winterthur.
My professional experience includes working at Leupold Brown Goldbach Architekten in Munich, Bernardo Bader Architekten in Dornbirn, and Henning Larsen Architects in Stockholm. My approach to architecture is shaped by a strong interest in truthfull-sustainable, context-sensitive design and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Beyond practice, I have been involved in academic and curatorial work—contributing to exhibitions at the Architecture Museum of TU Munich, assisting in teaching at HM, and taking part in international excursions and workshops. My goal is to establish a practice that bridges architecture, sustainability, and the arts, while also contributing to architectural education.
Architecture is an open system for participation
:"architecture should be simple to construct and easy to maintain. It should be understandable and complex. A building should be pleasant to live in and a fun thing to discover - Arrhov Frick Architects"
